In the **AF1**, we learned how to add similar fractions. In this post, we are going to learn addition of dissimilar fractions.

Dissimilar fractions are fractions with different denominators. To be able to add dissimilar fractions, you need to get the **Least Common Multiple (LCM)** of the denominator of the dissimilar fractions you add, convert them to similar fractions using their LCM, and then add them.
